MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID SUPPORT
A three-hour course that equips you with the tools to support others — without losing yourself in the process. #LetsGetTalkIn
WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID SUPPORT?
Rob is a seasoned mental health first aider with nearly a decade of experience, and has also led large teams on-site. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in setting boundaries and prioritising his own mental wellbeing while providing support to individuals seeking assistance.
While it can be challenging to decline requests for help, it is equally important to avoid becoming overwhelmed when supporting others. The three-hour course equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to establish boundaries, offer support, and maintain their own mental health needs.
It is advisable to establish positive support mechanisms that align with individual preferences and circumstances.
