Mental Health & Well-being Support
SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN THERE.
Mental health and well-being support built for the construction industry — from someone who worked on the tools and learned the hard way.

The story behind MYHN
I WORKED ON THE TOOLS. I DIDN'T LOOK AFTER MYSELF.
I spent years in the construction industry. Long hours, high pressure, and a culture that told you to get on with it. I didn't talk. I didn't ask for help. And it nearly cost me everything.
Now I'm dedicated to making sure that construction workers today don't have to go through what I went through. MYHN exists because no one should have to suffer in silence in our industry.
I know what it's like to stand on a building site and feel completely alone. That's exactly why I do this.
